Me and my family rent a house. We pay rent every month. Now we find out the landlord hasnt been paying Mortgage. We just received a letter today saying such and we must leave the house at the end of the month (7/31) We don't have anywhere to go in that short amount of time. I just need someone to talk to (Right Section?)

Just go rent an apartment for a month until you can figure out what to do. The rates should be similar.
