I'm trying to get 1000 points on my xbox with my Paypal because i have £9 on there, But it isnt working?

Please help

What does it tell you when you attempt to purchase?

Call MS support. They might be a huge waste of time, but you definitely do not want this to reoccur over time. Best to get it fixed asap.

MS should be able to fix it or at least help you out. Does it tell you an error code or something?

No they won't. Codes are region locked, my codes only work in Canada, sorry

Besides, even if there wasn't a region lock, I am out atm

Try removing your paypal off and adding it on again. Or there may be a soft block on your paypal if that is the case you would have to call them. Soft blocks happen when you add your paypal to other accounts too fast. I would call xbox and ask what is wrong.
