As there are no map packs for the Xbox 360 there is nothing on the 360 that allows you to buy and additional things.

How does this work? I've never seen this type of service before (probably bc I stopped hanging around tech and 7sin).
Could you explain to me an example of the steps?

All i do is get on the account go to the game and buy it. not with you card or paypal the server spoofs the amount of money on the account, if you look at the video it will show having 1,337 dollars on the account. And then i DL it.

1. I give you a XBL account
2. You download the profile to your console
3. Download a game
4. Then re download off my console
Is that correct on how this service goes?
 
Wouldn't this result in a console/account ban when re-downloading the profile to the buyers console after you have downloaded the selected items?

I don't quite understand the concept of this, if it worked then I am sure I would have seen people offering services like this elsewhere?

You don't see this service done elsewhere because not everyone has an RGH/DEV xbox 360 with a server that spoofs the amount of money you have on your account.

The official rule broken would be marketplace fraud which with repeated offenses can result in a console ban.

my console gets banned like ever 2 - 3 months i just unban it.
