If you need a new mic for Various reasons your in the right place!
1. Call microsoft
2. Go to microsoft hardware/support
3.Tell them that your mic for your xbox stopped working and that you cant hear or talk out of it.
3.They should tell you some troubleshooting things, such as "make sure its plugged in"
4. tell them what they want to hear (agree with all there steps)
5. Ask them if they could send you one because you really want to get back to gaming.
6.if they say that you need to send yours back first tell them that your mom threw them away when she was cleaning your room(or make up a better excuse ;p)
They should give in and ask for your adress..
