I know it's getting a little bit old but what are your opinions on this?

To me, I think Microsoft made a smart move to acquire Skype because Skype is growing rapidly fast.
Only disadvantage to people who use it is probably that there are going to be lots of ads going around because, well... it's Microsoft xD

I thought it was a stupid and dumb idea, and I think Microsoft is looking to buy everything there is.

Yeah, I personally think that Microsoft won't die, it'll just keep gaining money until the end of the world...unless some big crash happens and Microsoft losses billions.

Microsoft likes to buy anything they can get their hands on. Having boat loads of cash must be nice...
