There isn't a way to lift a suspension, if you're really desperate for your account back then phone up Microsoft sounding all emotional then cry to make them feel sorry for you so they end up unbanning you. I don't know if that will work, you should try it.
 
I also have my account banned for two weeks man.

If there was a method that would be cool, but there never will be one.
 
The only method is to wait.. it's 2 weeks, sounds like you could use a break anyway lol

Step 1: Make a new account
Step 2: Get a free month of live off the Xbox Website
Step 3: Use said account until 2 weeks is up
