Method for taking off parental controls

I have a gamertag with parental controls, and need the method for taking these off. If any of you have this, please PM me!
 
Still looking for this! Please message me if you know how to remove parental emails.
 
I haven't known any method that works, but back in October 2012 I had an account that was a child account. I basically couldn't accept the terms last year but as of recently there has been another one of these November 2013. I singed in and I accepted them with no problem. All I would do if I was you is simply wait. The account will eventually turn into an adult account within less than a year. But, I wish you luck finding a method my friend.
 
You're kind of out of luck unless you get a person to jack the parental email.

I had the same situation, the buyer never told me about it.
 
yeah i still have my main since i was 10 and yeah it really really sucks man

What do you need from the account Op? You just want the gamertag, acheivements, or what?
 
I dont think its possible. You need to go on the main tag to disable it.
 
God that sucks. I heard about a lot of people getting screwed over on this.

All I want is the gamertag. But I can't simply swap it because it won't let me accept the terms of use without the parent email.

Call up microsoft support. Best I can say. You don't have to tell them that you bought the tag or anything.

Yeah, I've already tried that. They don't seem to help, no need to go into detail.
 
If you just want to swap it you can swap it via tinker or whatever that app is called.
