Message Limit & Posting Limit (Original idea from Shadow, user-7853)

Not sure if this is mentioned, but I felt like making a new thread about it.

I believe the current wait for messages and posts are 45 seconds.

Regular Members: Keep the 45 second wait.
Onyx: 25 second wait.
Power: 10-15 second wait.
Power+: 0-5 second wait.

Really gets annoying when I send someone a PM and want to reply to a thread after then I have to wait because of this, hopefully it can be added.

I totally agree with this, I hate having to have to wait to reply to another message after I replied to a post or replied to someone else.
