I am charging back on Beware, not you @Swish. You are entirely within your rights to charge back on him. I dont know why you would middleman paypal, thats stupid. Sorry for your loss. I've already made arrangements to refund everyone who I charged back on that is a friend, @Hope @Junior and plenty of other examples. Don't hold paypal for retards.

I just have one question, if he gets in trouble for this rep4rep situation why don't the other people who participated in it get in trouble aswell?

True, but I saw that and it seemed like he was just kidding around. If it was a joke, which it appeared to be, I don't think the consequences should be so severe. Just my opinion personally and I hope I don't get in trouble for this lol.
