Merge Anime Section, Rename Dubstep Section

Hey guys,

The anime section should be removed and just merged with the media section. Reason being is its dead.

And the Dubstep section should just be renamed to Music. I mean thats weird how you have a Dubstep section but not a Music section. It doesn't really make sense.

Let me know what you think about these suggestions below.

I talked to Philly in the past about the music section and he said that he has plans to change it with the release of the new theme. I know there has been talk in the past about the anime sub forums lack of activity. I know there are still a couple users who occasionally use the section but I do agree it should not be removed, just merged with media or something.
