I've tried to purchase the first package twice now to no avail either time. It just says that my payment was accepted but then doesn't redirect me back to FK, charge me, or give me the package.

You have to wit till philly edits your rank bro , its not automatic just wait 30 min - 1 day you'll get it

You paid with an echeck so the payment is pending because you selected the option to pay with your bank account rather than debit, credit or via paypal balance. It says your payment is pending until 7-10 business days.
