Members we respect

What did Dykerosoft just say?

I think that message might be directed at me because I posted after him? (Well same time, but I took longer to type)
I wouldn't say there is actually a topic to go on after because @"Maxie" was making a statement that has no true reply. Although if there was a topic wouldn't it be about who we respect and what respect means?

Joel, Im going by what your saying about the donating 1000's to charities etc etc, Then if thats correct, why does ANYONE on this forum deserve respect, we havnt done shit to help anyone yet we are asking for respect? *inb4 your a dick* None of you guys deserve respect from anyone, noone from this forum at all deserves true respect, no ones done anything if you look at it, no ones donated $1000's, no ones helped a dieing man, and if making one post thats more than 3 sentences long gives you the right to earn respect, then i pity humanity. Respect needs to be earned, not just given because he "made teh hq post"

I agree, I'm just trying to make the argument it is possible to gain 'proper' respect over the internet from your actions. What if someone has given to charities, what if someone helped a dying man, would you respect that person? I'd personally respect his actions and maybe over time learn to respect him.

Id respect his actions, and yes, overtime begin to respect the person he/she has become, but respect is a difficult term, it can be broken 10x faster than it has come.

Oh definitely, respect might take 10 years to gain, and yet lost in a matter of seconds.

Dunno what the big deal is. I text dyker often, he's a great, supportive friend.
