Here's a solution

Example of original link:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AVBMXHW2

Example of Converted Link:
http://www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=AVBMXHW2

Just change "/?" from original link to: "/mgr_dl.php?"
