Just passed in Washington following Colorado passing measure 64. Oregon is still left with only 475 of votes in however it doesn't look like it is going to pass with 55% saying no. Cross your fingers for me here in Oregon.

the new polls just got in with 60% in and 65% voting no. 35% voting yes. :/
