MC OG question

I sold an MC Og, I have all original info.

He's threatening to chargeback, I was wondering if there's a limit to the time I can contact mojang to get it back.

Like if he charges back in a month, he'll of had it for 3 months. Is that too long? Like will mojang not give me it back because it's been too long?

IDK about mine craft but there's no time limit on chargingback, so he could whenever he wants.

If you can provide previous account details such as Passwords, Emails etc. I don't see why they wouldn't be able to help you.
Just claim that you'd taken a break from Minecraft to now find your account stolen and would like to regain access.


Hopefully you won't have to do so though.
