I didn't write this and I can't link to the original because it came from Runescape High Level Forums. It was given to me from a maxed player, even though personally I can't use all these methods I thought I'd share the training methods than many maxed players agree on.
Some of the xp rates seem pretty insane, I guess the guide assumes you have have plenty cash. Anyway treat is an indication for high xp rates and if nothing else it's not a bad guide to see what items give fast xp. Don't take it is fact, take it as an indication only.

Potential: qbd with rapier/steel titan/max stats, 300k/hr + 110k range
Realistic: dominion tower dagganoth sentinel boss using rapier/bgs specs, 225k/hr
Afk:ape atoll skeles with vine whip/rapier, 200k/hr
Strength:

Mining:
Potential: alching at lrc with juju and luck + horn, 130k/hr (including BA time)
Realistic: superheating at lrc with juju, 105k/hr
Afk: regular lrc mining with yak, 60k/hr
Smithing:
Potential: Dragonfire shields, 2271k/hr
Realistic: rune 2h/addy plate + superheating same time, 300k/hr
Afk: Artisan workshop, 210k/hr
Fishing:
Potential: c2 fishing with luck/help, 100-110k/hr
Realistic: c2 fishing normally, 90k/hr
Afk: rocktails with urns/rock lob, 55k/hr
Cooking:
Potential: wines with quick-bank, 850k/hr
Realistic: Wines normally, 600k/hr
Afk: bake pie, 400k/hr, also rocktails with urns on bonfires, 300-400k + basically free
Firemaking:
Potential: pyrelord fming with magic logs, 600k/hr
Realistic: Jadinko firemaking, 300-350k/hr + 30k/hr wc xp
Afk: bonfires with magic logs, 280k/hr
Woodcutting:
Potential: splitting pines with urns, 140k/hr
Realistic: teaks/pines with dropping/alching/urns, also using tai bwana teleport 115k/hr
Afk: ivy, 70k/hr
Farming:
Potential: bagged magic trees, 300k/hr?
Realistic: livid farm, 33k/hr

Potential: geyser titans, 7.8m/hr (tav shop, 10k/hr)
