Mass mailer setup with gmail

I am setting up a mass mailer through gmail instead of localhost because of the limit by my isp verizon on sending mails

I put smtp.gmail.com, and my gmail user and pass, but it doesn't work. I also opened smtp on my gmail settings, anyone know what I am doing wrong?
