you are not going to make a program anytime soon with no experience
 
just download usb xplorer and horizon/modio lolz far easier
 
If you have no programming experience don't even think of making a program. And how old is this kid, just by the way he talk this clan is going to fail or he is just dumb as shit will computers.
 
Start learning C then learn C++ and what kind of fucking clan are you in that they make you do something like that when they probably can't do it themselves
