This is pretty discrete as you will buy it piece by piece, and if you don't buy them all at the same time you won't get them at the same time which there would be no possible way someone would know what you would be making with the pieces. Anyways here is some links to some pieces you would need. The ones I am linking come with two pieces so you would be able to make 2 pipes!

Sure is, me and some mates even went to the city to see if any markets sold some, biggest waste of time ever.

You won't fine any, especially underage. As you have to be 18+ at least in the us to purchase tobacco pipes.

They don't sell them anywhere near where I live, and when you go to the city to try get some they don't sell them unless your over 18.

Yeah but honestly what isn't harmful. I know several people in real life that smoke out of metal pipes, and have for decades. I see your concern though.
