I tried creating a COD styled ava, not sure if it fits your style or not. I saved it out a little smaller than the sample you provided, the filters and other details can be seen a lot better on the original version, which is pretty much a wallpaper. *Can save it out in smaller sizes if you wish, just PM me.

I don't know why people are creating plain text based sigs when he specifically asked for a square avatar.

You clearly were not here early. The OP actually said to make a banner, there was absolutely no mention of an avatar or square image.
