make users verified traders/level booster as i am trying to help people doing fishing boosting and all i get is flammed its so annoying

well i mean for runescape as i am trying to boost people and all i get is no your not legit. so there should be like a way of been able to tell if your legit or not. as im trying to help people and charging very little and no one belives me :/ and for traders as in anyone could scam anyone so have a verified trader?
