Madonna or Lady Gaga?

AS the title says, which one of the pop icons do you choose and why?

I prefer Lady Gaga over Madonna because I like the candy-beat feeling of her music and also she got a nice body for a lady. Madonna just proved herself before.
 
I will go for Madonna as she is my favorite while still in college. I love her songs and the way she sang them and all of her musical videos.

medona is a role icon.she is just perfect even at this age.she is wonderful.her songs do wonders around and i love them all.she has go great looks too.i haven't seen anybody even nearing her.she is unmatched.
 
I like Madonna a lot. She's a singer from my generation and look at her now, she is still here doing more music. She has done musicals too. I hope she'll stay some years more.
 
gotta admit. lady gaga has some pretty cool music.. madonna's just kinda useless
 
i would go for my favorite lady gaga i really like his music i don't like madonna's...
 
I would go for lady gaga, because she alot younger than madonna, and i dont like all madonna her songs, but i do like lady gaga her songs and lady gaga is more beautiful for me.
 
The age gap is there but I like Madonna better. Madonna has already proven herself as an artist. I'm not a fan of Lady Gaga and I don't like her style although her songs have good tunes.
 
Just Keep the thread flowing. Well the others are right, There is a generation gap here but there are comparison on these two icons.

I didn't say that I Don't like Madonna, Madonna is Good too, and I listen to some of her songs too. (Probably with collaborations with other artists)
 
Although Madonna is a legend in the music industry and she has proven herself time and time again, I would refer Lady Gaga over her because she is new, fresh, weirder than Madonna, and she has a lot more to offer. She has won several Grammys which prove that she isn't just any artist but she is THE artist of the new generation. She has out of this world fashion which screams for attention and she has this different kind of energy when she performs on stage, in her music videos, or even doing interviews. She's like no other and I must say Im all hands down.
 
I like both but now my vote will go for lady Gaga,I lover style and music...Madonna will be an ever-shine star......
 
Well Madonna is legend and so popular is lady gaga. I would have gone for both if its possible but i would rather pick lady gaga over madonna.
 
I would go for Madonna. She has performed well than Lady Gaga. I think the latter is quite over dressed in her costumes. Besides, Madonna's songs were a big hit in the billboards during her time.
 
Lady agaga i think madonna is so old schol and Lady gaga is bringing out a new style. Old is old and new is new. Hop i answered the question.

Although Madonna is an icon, I prefer Lady Gaga. Madonna must really try act her age. Its so weird so see someone as old as my mom still prancing around like she's a teenager. I know its a free world and she can do what she wants but her antics just weird me out.
 
None of them haha...I don't like madonna and i don't like lady gaga too Their weird and the way they dress is too vulgar hihi.. just my opinion peace
 
Madonna is the original! I think lady gaga just copy some of her style to madonna. Madonna contributes something also to pop music.
But of course i like some their songs.
