Not sure if you're serious, it's just a plastic bottle, and an improvised mouthpiece. Heat up a screwdriver, and use it to puncture the bottle. The stick the mouthpiece in. My mouthpiece is a pen (black part) and the nozzle for filling up water balloons (red part).
