The Madden NFL 25 Demo was just released on the Xbox Marketplace about 30 minutes before this post. Go check it out it's going to be a great game!

It will probably be good, but NCAA is a lot better, you can do more customization with plays,teams, and individually!

i personally like NCAA a lot more too. just because of the recruiting mainly :/
