Macbook with SSD worth it?

Hey guys,
I'm considering getting a macbook pro 15 inch, but I'm not quite sure whether or not it's worth paying the extra price to get a SSD. Does anyone have any experience with SSD's?

SSD is way better than a standard HD. It's smaller, makes less noise, has a longer durability and it's faster. I would recommend getting the option for the SSD, as long as it doesn't cost too much extra of course.
