portability-wise, its macbook air, it only uses flash storage, but macbook pro will always be faster.

Agree with this guy MacBook Pro for power, MacBook air for people who takes the computer out from home.

Everyone is saying macbook air is good for mobile computing, but the macbook pro 13 is pretty mobile... I mean the only advantage of the macbook air is that it's thiner and maybe lighter than the pros, but I don't think that makes a real difference...
 
The MacBook Pro is a much better computer but that is because the MacBook Air was not made to compete against it. The MacBook air is the transition between super good laptop and amazing tablet which is why it is so portable. Overall I say MACS RULE!!!
