You should find a varrock multi-fog-hillz clan that goes around and owns everyone.
I did it a few months ago and it was extremely fun.
its really easy to find a cc 2.

oh also, as long as you have a tele just incase you should be getting a shit load of $$ just target someone whos not being attacked yet thats skulled and spam his name for cc to kill
