Lucid Dreaming

I have had like 4 good and 1 not very vivid lucid dreams, who were induced mostly by reality checking every now and then. I want to stick with it but I'm just very fucking busy.
Can anyone make a good sleep paralysis guide? Because I have tried many times and has never worked...

One way is just to stay awake for an hour or so but laying still, your brain will then shut down your body.

Oh, one hour? I thought it would happen in a few minutes and then ofc it didn't happen so I thought I was doing it wrong but now that I know I'll probably do it. Thanks for pointing that out...

I try the WILD method and it works fairly well.
I once remember flying around my house and village. It only lasted a few minutes though.

You live in a village?

I've never been able to do this successfully, I usually wake up straight away when I realize.

I may sound crazy asking this but what is a lucid dreem?

Na, not strange at all. A lucid dream is like when you dream but suddenly you realise that everything you see is just a dream and fake, your own creation. And you can do many shit there.

I never had a lucid dream =P
I wish I had though, it would be so nice to think that I am in control of a dream for once.

Ive done it a few times, some weren't as clear as others but the crystal clear ones were mindgasms.

HEy guys !! its really fascinating to read about Lucid Dreaming, I never ever ever had any. Can anyone post a tutorial on how to have a lucid Dream??

I have never had one but I have realized that I was dreaming in the middle of a dream because I heard voices from the real world but couldn't stop my dream or control it.
