Lucid Dreaming

Hey,

I'm planning on writing a speech for school about Lucid Dreaming..
Have you ever tried it? What are your ways of doing it? Do you see and danger in it?

It's pretty difficult, have you started looking online for information on it?
All I know is that one must be completely relaxed before starting, and it only happens once in a while. When I get on skype next, I'll try to help. I have you added.

I heard that if you burn some plant called "Mugwart" (that's how it's pronounced) the way you burn sage, you get lucid dreams. The American Indians did that, I think.

I love lucid dreams though, it's such a great feeling waking up after one.
