So, the people who wants to be in it put 1m. A supermod holds teh gp. A program will decide the winner by random. (mod who does program will be tved). The winner gets 75% of the pot. 25% goes to runegear donations. Just an idea.

You could make an easy program in .Net to do this. You could also use Random.org

To be honest, this really isn't too much for the community as it is for RG to get more donations. We may not have a problem soon, but there might be one (one day).
