Lots of questions(need help)

Ok, I got around 90m and I was wondering if I should spend it on prayer or just get some good arm and do nats for money. I just got back to runescape so I don't remember any methods, it was a 1-2 year break. I was also thinking of getting 90 def then att to 95 and after that I wanted 99 defense. Or get 99 cooking before all of that.

Prayer level: 71
Farming: 59
Fishing 84
Cooking: 90
Mage: 89
Attack level: 90
Defense: 83

What's a good item to alch?

I definitely wouldn't go to green drags, pretty high ban rate if you go in the chaos tunnels and you'll get pked a lot if you go to the others, but I would consider building a good bank before working on prayer, and than get 95 for turm

Well I'm level 122 with 90 att 99str and 83def. All what I got in my bank is some quest items and rares. And most of them piss me off so I might just drop whatever I'm not sure what it is. xD So I need help with my bank, now what do you consider a good bank?
