Well my kik @fuckin is gone for good, I logged out I then 0.30 seconds after pressing that buton I remembered that I ahd put an invalid email on the kik for privacy reasons. I then also remembered that I forgot my pass.

That was a pretty dumb move, but we've all experienced one.

Unlucky, maybe there'll be an email pulling method in the future and you'll receive your account back.
 
Same thing happened to me with the kik abbreviate, but keep in mind i had the matching ig :/

I did cause of the kik method but I forgot to change it now that it's patched.

Use Abine to spoof your real email and put it on any account you don't want having your real email. It forwards directly to your real emails inbox.

Remember this in the future.
