Lost gamerscore and tenure

I deleted my account from Xbox one and recovered it back because my old email was still showing up and now my Xbox one gamerscore ain't showing on the 360 help pls
I also had a 1 year tenure which has vanished. I just renewed a month gold after it was a silver account is this why?
 
The tenure is only for the amount of years you have had gold, not been on xbox.
 
contact xbox support chat about this if your gamerscore etc disappeared, you can always mod it back if you want to I think the tenure too not sure

i remember when i modded my tenure and i got perm banned a long time ago

i don't think they perm ban for modding tenure anymore

I had a 1year tenure when I had gold a week ago, I put a month gold on and it all disappeared, I think it's something to do with deleting my account from Xbox one?

Glad you got the tenure back but the gamer score still sucks especially if you use xbox rewards
