A good friend of mine passed away last night... I have known him for a few years now, and we talked a ton outside of school too... He is a year ahead of me at my high school and we all just received word that he passed away last night... How am I supposed to go to school tomorrow? How am I supposed to get through the somber day after news like this? I don't understand how to cope with this at all...........
We are not sure how he passed yet, the students are not supposed to know, but my dad texted me letting me know. He did not know that I was friends with the kid, but now he knows I think... I'm gonna do some research as to what happened, but our superintendant is the one who told us.... and @Kool idk if you're kidding around and being disrespectful or if you are being sincere....
@Kool this isn't the place for jokes bro =/. This fucking sucks dude. I went through a similar situation when i was about 11. Not gonna lie it's gonna take time to get over it, but just know that eventually you'll be back to normal again.
I have had multiple deaths in my life, such as parents, friends and even close friends. I understand what you're going through bro. One was cancer, one was suicide, and the others were drunk and got in a car crash. So sorry about your loss man, keep your head up, and talk to people if you have to.
If you don't feel like you want to go to school, take a week or two off. Tell the school exactly how you're feeling and they'll understand. I did the exact same thing when my cousin died a few years back.
Thank you to everyone, after doing some research about how he died, it turns out my friend committed suicide.... Nobody really knows the motives, other than he was on some anti-depressants and I am willing to bet he ended up getting addicted to them.... It's a shame to see, and school is like an eerie place at this point...
