Hello guys, I have been researching and looking around and putting in a lot of time into the consideration of starting my own server. I think i can be very beneficial out of it, and actually gain some money eventually down the line. I need one or two people that WILL be dedicated to this, and know what there doing with the following:
- All server commands.
- Be familiar with almost all plugins.
- Be professional.
- Be Positive. (We are starting from the bottom it will get tough at times)
- Don't think you know it all, no one does.

Requirements:
- Be able to stay up as late as you want.
- Be at least 15 years old.
- Must have Skype.

I forgot to add above, We will have our OWN domain, Yes a .com or .net name, Once we sort out a name for the server, we will have a website ready to go. I will take care of the website until It gets to the point when its too much for me to handle. Don't worry about hosting either I will cover that also. If you ever want to put money into the server helping me out, You will get a higher share in the servers ownership/income. We will discuss where earnings will go and such once you are picked, and also server ranks and what type of server this actually will end up to be!
