regardless you can charge back on a dummy account, no money lost on your side and you keep both.

Then you send the money from the dummy account to your REAL ACCOUNT

When you chargeback you dont get any money unless the account has money in it.
This is a legit method that people on HF use.
I dont know how BTC works. Will it convert 70$ to 70$ btc?
I'm just trying to be legit and do this deal.
 
People don't like using PayPal on here, if you were to convert your money into Bitcoins then I'm sure people would trust you more and would engage in this deal. As it stands you seem sketchy.

I could have made another account and looked fully new with a clean slate.
But I said fuck that as Im simply trying to buy an IG username. For 70$.
Ugh I guess mentioning chargeback turned people off but I don't know what to do. I've never used BTC and I dont think it would convert fully?
 
Bitcoin will certainly convert, people on this site do it regularly. Feel free to talk to the admin @Philly or one of the moderators @Greed @Rude @Monster @Seven @Color @FeaR as they'll be able to lead you where you need to be going. I personally can't help you find any PayPal to Bitcoin exchanging websites that are safe as I don't work within the whole social medium scene.

I send the money to their newly created paypal.
They send the money from the dummy account to their paypal.
What is the issue?
 


Okay I guess you can't read.

WHEN YOU charge back on the payment you sent to the dummy paypal, and if we sent it to our real paypal afterwards, paypal would 99.99% hold the payment that was sent to the real paypal, because lets face it, they're not fucking stupid.
 
THATS WHY YOU SEND IT TO THE REAL PAYPAL BEFORE I CHARGEBACK use a vpn etc.
This could not be more obvious
