Looking for xbox account with..

I'm looking for an xbox account that contains the 10 year xbox live helmet avatar item. I don't care about anything else on the account besides the helmet. I'd prefer an account that doesn't have to much stuff on it that way you wouldn't want more for it. My price range isn't an issue I just don't want to pay a lot for an xbox account.
