Looking for this avatar's maker

I am looking for the person who made these avatars, I am sure he (or she ) still keeps the .psd file, Justice told me he got it for $1 from a person called "Rev", and Jimmy said to me that he got it from Ocean. Could anyone help me? Does anyone have the .psd? I am willing to pay $1 xD

Its not hard to make. Just make the letter, add texture, drop shadow and a little bevel.
