No I remember him saying it was but its not possible.

When who ever was selling it stated it was banned the profile had code of conduct all over it and it had the games played showed.

Once the profile is banned you can't edit the privacy settings some how the games played are now blocked which means its not banned.

Unless there is a method to change the privacy settings once a tag is banned then I might be wrong.

They probably just was pretending it was banned <

It actually is banned. You can't view the games history because there was none. I can even show you proof just HMU on aim.

It doesn't have any games played on it. It also is on a fresh silver and it had two consoles on it but since it's banned it really doesn't matter anymore.
