I've spent hours looking for one online. Play-Asia has a few, but they currently are on pre-order status. I pre-ordered one but I think it's going to take a while, as I ordered it about 3 days ago. Virtual Visa Cards do not work for PSN as I have tried that already. I used EntroPay and that didn't work. PCGameSupply doesn't have Taiwan region codes and not even EBay does.
