I need someone who can accept ~5$ payments for me, and then send it to my paypal.

You can keep 10%, or even 15%, if I do this alot.

I know this isn't some "this will make you millions over night" thing, but You'd REALLY be helping me out, and I'll not soon forget that you were the one that Helped me out, when I was in need.

If you can do this, and I trust you not to just charge back the payments, and run off, Then that'd be amazing.

at least some tenure (been here longer than 2 months)
 
I can do this depending on what you tell me, but just a heads up, paypal will freeze your account if you receive more than 2 payments from the same account daily because they will think you are money laundering.
