Loaded 100 on it and I realized it wont let me add it to my paypal:

The bank that issued your card didn't approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer.s customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue.


Looking for someone to call paypal and see if this issue can be fixed.

its a paypal prepaid master card, so its something on their side

I'm underage, and if it turns out the card needs activation, they'll ask for SSN.

So your basically paying someone to activate a Paypal master card with their legit info so you can verify your PP & use it.
Good luck with finding someone man.

I'm not looking to verify it. I'm looking to add it to my paypal so I can spend the money since it wont let me other wise
