You can find a ton of sites that list them daily and you can write something to scrape these sites if you want but none of the proxies last more than 24 hours. You can buy private proxies for a little over $1/proxy at ProxyBlaze. I don't have any experience with them personally but I know my mate bought a few there with good results.
