Looking for ONE specific tag

So basically, I'm set with gamertags, but I would want to buy/trade for/ etc. one last gamertag.

I'm looking for information on the gamertag: Phobia
I've looked into it and it seems inactive. Not sure if someone owns this or what else there is to go off of.

Also, off topic, I'm also looking for a twitter username. Hit me up and look at my other thread for it.

From what I heard is that Phobia jacked it from the OG owner and MS took it back and its been dead ever since.

I never played swat only thing I played was MLG and Squad battle and I never played legit I booted everygame LOL
