I am looking to to put on weight and obviously muscle along with that weight. I am 6'1 and weigh anywhere from 140 to prolly about 148 (my scale is a little off lol). Anyways im looking for a good meal plan and workout routines. Help would be much appreciated! Also any tips for health in general would be nice as well, thanks!
