I bet the account is a v1 meaning you probably wont get it.
 
From the looks of it the owner of the account is a random, and most likely won't sell. Doubt anyone on here has it and best bet is to try to contact them through xbl

inactive gamertag was a bunch of pokemon gts on hf in 2010 when the 1st wave went down not sure think i seen it there
