Hey users, i am looking for some good halo reach accounts. I would like anything above general,and the most i can spend is $20.

The chances of you finding someone to sale you a general in reach for 20 bucks is about the same chances of you getting struck by lightning or winning the lottery. Its just not realistic at all.

Philly, I wouldn't say never. I got a Noble for $35. I still have it too.
