Looking for an iPhone 5 front screen assembly.

Hey guys. I'm looking to replace my iPhone 5 digitizer and LCD assembly, and I don't exactly want to pay $80. I have a black iPhone 5, but I'll take any color available.

Dont look on FK for this. There are MANY cell phone repair shops that can fix your phone for less than half of 80$. Look up Cell Phone ER or something on Google and one should pop up near you.

Yeah I agree with Narc, search your local Craigslist/Kijiji - There will be many people and shops who offer these services.

I go to malls and usually you'll find one of those small shops that repair your screens, my friend had his repaired for $35... iPhone 4s though.

Anyways Good Luck finding a solution

I'm doing the repair myself, and if the part costs $80 alone, or a little under, how are these said shops making any money by taking a 50%+ loss?

My digitizer and LCD need to be replaced, which calls for a whole new front screen assembly. Refer to my post above.

The repairs will be done by me, and again the part costs $80 so I doubt a shop will charge me $40 or anywhere around that for something that'll cost them $80 + paying labor.

I just replaced a whole new front screen assembly on an iPhone 4S, and the part costs $20 - $25 tools included.
