Looking for a Tool Developer (RGH/JTAG)

Looking for someone to create a specific tool for me.
This tool will only have two options therefore making this tool a very easy project.
I will be paying.
 
My buddy @"Megan Fox" has a buddy named Mario who does coding. He could probably hook you up for him to make you a tool or something.
 
@Held Can make the sickest JTAG/RGH tools. Hit him up!
 
@Caz A BO1 tool that acts as overkill.
The offsets have recently been found but I'm not too sure if they have been released (except of that of a tool that is being sold).

what do you mean by "overkill" like the perk lol

As in being able to set a primary weapon as your secondary on BO1.
It acts as overkill on BO1.

i'll probably just release it for free if the offsets and such are already released.

Hold on, if you can just make this small simple tool for myself.
I'd want to pay. This tool needs to be customary made.
