Looking for a new USB flash drive

I'm looking to buy a new USB flash drive so I can tranfer films from my HD to my Xbox to watch them without wasting discs. The problem with the one I have now is that the transfer rate is always below 1MB per second so copying a movie to my flash drive usually takes over 20 minutes which is really annoying. Also, mine's capacity is 2GB, which is not enough for some high resolution films I sometimes find myself with.

I'm looking for a flash drive that has a quick transfer rate and a minimum storage capacity of 8 or 16GB. I don't want the best of the best because I don't want to spend too much.

What do you guys recommend?
 
I just bought a couple Lexar brand ones from the store, they're 10GB or something, they look very nice, and the transfer's usually a little bit above 1MB/sec.
I have another one, too, that has 8GB of space. It's great, too, I've been using it with my JTAG for a while.
 
Just go down to your local tech store and buy a 20GB one, what I did

In that case just go to an electronic shop (The future shop, The Source, The Radio Shack) and buy an external hard drive. They usually transfer about 50-60mb/s, and a 1tb hard drive costs $79.99 at Tiger Direct
 

I don't like being mean but you just keep failing with your replies. Re-read the OP. I'm not looking for an external drive.
 
I'll just buy one from the store when I have a chance. This thread wasn't really helpful. Mods can close it as soon as time permits.
